  2. ZOTDM 2.2.2 This patch makes a few tweaks to the gamemode as well as some usable admin commands for us to use from Discord. Infection Changes /bite and /inject now have a 30 second cooldown Players who heal with the antivirus are now immune to infection for 5 minutes Other changes Added armour to the Ammunation shops for $2500 Added some basic admin commands to the bot Minor tweaks to some player timers to make them a little faster That's it for this release.   3. Vic and I had a conversation earlier and brainstormed a couple of ideas that could be added or at least discussed and thought over. The first suggestion is adding more vending machines. There's currently one in Las Payasadas and the addition of more would be nice. Have vending machines spread out with a couple of them in Fort Carson and other areas that have buildings like the gas station near the old Red Tabs base. Also having them in the bases of UC and STARS would be great as well. It doesn't have to be plentiful but it at least gives the Survivors or the living an option to heal in the field. The second suggestion is adding a safe zone(s) objective. Just something else that preoccupies players besides just straight up surviving and killing others. Either set up one or set up multiple safe zones that members of each faction can occupy (STARS align with the Survivors) and give them perks of either cash for capturing and holding the safe zone or give them a bonus to their score. Not completely sure how it's going to be implemented but if possible, Vic and I discussed if there were a certain amount of players were on and a certain % of players were zombies the safe zone as an objective could be activated so it couldn't be abused by having everybody being all survivors or all live humans. The third suggestion is adding armor to be able to buy in the Ammu-Nations. The downside of being able to buy armor in the Ammu-Nation would be making it expensive ($5000 for buying armor maybe? Could possibly make it half $2500 ish?) The fourth suggestion is giving STARS the ability to administer the antidote to (Survivors, STARS, and UC maybe). With this ability put it on a cool down, maybe every 2 minutes or so it could be used. Feel free to critique or discuss about the suggested stuff. Vic and I discussed for a hot minute about the current stuff and stuff that we had back then and applying it into ZOTDM.
  4. Weather System is definitely something I can get behind with. I agree with Marston about the Zombie buff in accordance to time. Zombies are powerful enough as of right now and don't need a buff until we see how other classes will be improved. Cooldown on /bite is a great idea, maybe 15 seconds or so?
  5. ZOTDM 2.2.1 This patch makes a change to the Play Area code and some changes to the anti weapon hacking code. This patch will be the final one for a couple weeks (unless something major breaks in which case I'll do my best to fix ASAP). Leaving the Play Area will now turn you into a Zombie if you are outside of it for too long (kills you to respawn already a Zombie) Anti weapon hack code has been updated to catch more specific weapons* *For example, you cannot buy a Country Rifle until you have 100 score. So it will check if you have 100 score and if you do not it will reset your weapons and give you the starting weapons for the team you play on. Weapons such as a Minigun will simply automatically reset your weapons regardless of team. That's it for this release.     I agree with this. Worked wonders in RP, and I think fits in TDM. Only UC/STARS cars should have 100% fuel, I think. Why, though? I'd like to hear more about this idea. To understand how it would work with all the different teams.

    Makes sense. I support this one. While I believe that we need more objectives instead of just killing each other, I'm not sure if this is the way to go. Specially since STARS is still under development, so to speak, and we don't know exactly how the team will equate into the bigger picture. I say we wait for the next releases before putting more thought into this. 🤔 I've suggested the use of particular weathers before, so I support this. I disagree with this one. I think zombies are powerful enough. Agreed. A cooldown would be nice. 30 seconds, maybe?

    This will be just some ideas let me think what you guys think about it. 1. Cars have no unlimited fuel and have to be tanked. at gas stations this makes things go wild when your car almost runs out of gas and zombies are at the gas station you have might gave to get some help from your mates 2. Bringing the old umbrella gate (Up and Down) back 3. Making a (Gang/Group) System Team up with your friends and fight your way to the top in zomkills (As a team) every player above 100 points or so can create his own (Gang/Group). (Or make a building you have to go to were you can make your own gang) Gang system is only available when you are a civilian/umbrella/stars member. When you are in a gang the gang will keep excist with the players in it. Also there will be a ranking list maybe with how many kills your gang got. You have to look at how would it be like in a real zombie appocolypse people grouping up. You have enemy's and friends run out of recourses you get were I am going. I Think thats it for now I can write the gang system out a bit better if you guys like.

  12. 1: when people leave the area they die. this can be abused to avoid getting killed by a zombie. my suggestion is when people leave the area and die. they will become a zombie. 2: maybe a donator team like the old days ? 3: maybe some random boxes that spawn with money, amour, or a little bit of ammo inside it. 4: a weather system for admins. 5: maybe when the clock hit 00:00 in game time. it give zombie a buff, like a bit more movement speed, or a little bit more health. 6: a cooldown on the zombie command /bite. when i take the anti-bite thing in game a zombie can spawn /bite.

  18. I will look into it, and try to replicate it. Sounds like the timer that handles the button presses isn't being killed properly. Although I can't say I have noticed such a bug and that skin selection was something that I spent a bit of time on due to initial issues getting it to work properly.
  19. I've the same thing. Additional info: If you click Left Mouse after spawn, it automatically shows you a team selection dialog.
  20. When I log in and choose zombie I can just walk but when I press A or D it changes the skin. after a couple of times spamming A and D the game crashes?

  23. Issue has been resolved.
  24. If you kill someone, and don't stop shooting hes body when is dead, you will keep getting score. In the photo, I kill 1 time as Civ and 1 as Zombie LUIS_CAGAWACA, and got 6 kills and kill_streak as well. I think the bug's come when you kill somebody with M4/AK, TEC/UZI. A video here:
